Digital Download Policy:
At Micro Digitl Solution LLC, we distribute downloadable digital products and software core framework source code licenses. Due to the immediate delivery nature of non-tangible digital assets, all digital downloads are generally non-refundable once a software license key or download token has been generated.
License Delivery Exceptions:
If a technical breakdown on our servers prevents the generation or delivery of your digital download link or license key, you are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase, provided the digital asset file was never successfully accessed or pulled via our CDN network logs.
Processing Timeframe:
Once a delivery failure refund request is verified and approved by our billing desk, the credit transaction will be initiated within 7 business days. The funds will be returned strictly to the original payment instrument (credit/debit card or verified bank account routing) utilized during the checkout process.
Right to Modify Architecture Tiers:
Micro Digitl Solution LLC reserves the right to compile framework versions, patch existing codebase trees, or update asset packages at any time. Term-limited active tier license holders will receive digital asset path updates via email communications 15 days prior to major configuration releases.
