Software License Agreement

Effective Date: July 2026

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all digital products purchased from Micro Digitl Solution LLC.

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product in accordance with the license type selected at checkout.

2. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers may:

• Use the purchased product for personal or commercial projects.
• Modify the product to meet project requirements.
• Integrate the product into websites, applications, or internal business systems.

3. Restrictions

Customers may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original files.
• Claim ownership of the original product.
• Upload purchased files to public repositories or file-sharing services.
• Share download links with unauthorized users.

4. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the property of Micro Digitl Solution LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. Support

Technical support is provided according to the support terms listed on the relevant product page.

6. Limitation of Liability

Micro Digitl Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its digital products.
