Payment Acceptance

We accept payments through authorised third-party payment processors, including credit/debit card processors and eCheck/ACH services. By submitting payment, you authorise Micro Digitl Solution LLC to charge your designated payment method for the agreed amount.

 

eCheck / ACH Authorisation
By choosing eCheck as a payment method, you authorise Micro Digitl Solution LLC to debit your bank account through our payment processor. You agree to provide accurate bank information and to obtain proper authorisation for ACH debits.

 

Chargeback / Dispute

If you dispute a charge, contact us within 15 days of transaction date. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension or additional verification.

 

1. Digital Delivery & Product License: Upon successful payment settlement, Micro Digitl Solution LLC grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable digital download token to access the pre-compiled code assets, scripts, or framework architectures.

2. System Prerequisites: The purchaser is solely responsible for providing their own local hosting environment, runtime configurations, and technical framework access parameters necessary to install the downloaded digital files.

3. Fees & Tax Processing: All pricing matrices displayed on this platform are listed in USD. Applicable state or federal transaction taxes are calculated at checkout. Download links are dynamically generated only after payment authorization.

4. Scope of Product Assets: All digital software packages are delivered as fixed structural blueprints and pre-compiled layout configurations. Custom environment modification or developer layout hours are not included in the standard license fee.

5. Digital Refund Exceptions: Due to the downloadable nature of digital software components and source code modules, refunds are evaluated strictly under our Refund Policy terms and are rendered void once a product download token has been generated.

6. Engine Access Continuity: Term-limited tier licenses receive programmatic framework patches, core updates, and automated security log configurations strictly for the duration specified in the purchased item tier.

7. Performance Disclaimer: Micro Digitl Solution LLC distributes highly optimized interface grid layouts and database validation code structures. We do not promise, monitor, or manage third-party hosting uptime, traffic conversion rate shifts, or marketing outcome milestones.

8. Intellectual Property Retention: All pre-compiled code files, core script suites, layout logic structures, and graphic shards remain the proprietary property of Micro Digitl Solution LLC. Purchase grants the client a usage deployment license bounded by the selected license limitations.

9. Legal Jurisdiction: All transaction validation routines, licensing parameters, and contractual framework agreements are operated and enforced under the explicit jurisdiction of the state laws of Wyoming, USA.
