At Micro Digitl Solution, we want our customers to feel confident about choosing our services. If you purchase technical support services from us, you are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase, provided that the service(s) you paid for were not delivered within the promised timeframe.
If you request a refund within 15 days but your issue has already been resolved, the decision to issue a full or partial refund will be at the sole discretion of Micro Digitl Solution.
Refund requests made after 15 days from the date of purchase will generally not be accepted. In exceptional cases, Micro Digitl Solution may, at its discretion, consider such requests, but customers should not expect a guaranteed refund after this period.
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the same credit/debit card or account that was used at the time of purchase.
Right to Modify or Terminate Services
Micro Digitl Solution reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service (or part of a service) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. This may include changes to pricing, features, content, availability, or nature of the services.
If you are a subscribed customer, we will make every effort to notify you of any changes—such as updates to service plans, charges, or pricing—at least 15 days in advance via email.
In the event of such changes, you may choose to discontinue your subscription. Micro Digitl Solution also reserves the right to terminate this agreement and services at any time, with prior notice sent to you by email. In such cases, you will either continue to receive the services already paid for or be eligible for a pro-rated refund, at the discretion of Micro Digitl Solution.
