Payment Acceptance

We accept payments through authorised third-party payment processors, including credit/debit card processors and eCheck/ACH services. By submitting payment, you authorise Micro Digitl Solution LLC to charge your designated payment method for the agreed amount.

 

eCheck / ACH Authorisation
By choosing eCheck as a payment method, you authorise Micro Digitl Solution LLC to debit your bank account through our payment processor. You agree to provide accurate bank information and to obtain proper authorisation for ACH debits.

 

Chargeback / Dispute

If you dispute a charge, contact us within 15 days of transaction date. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension or additional verification.

 

 

1. Engagement: We work based on a written proposal outlining scope, timelines, and pricing.
2. Client Responsibilities: Provide timely inputs, approvals, and necessary access.
3. Payments & Taxes: Fees are in USD + applicable US taxes. Work may pause if payments are delayed.
4. Revisions & Add-ons: Minor revisions included; major changes billed separately.
5. Refunds: Eligible within 15 days if services not delivered; partial refunds may apply if work started.
6. Service Continuity: Retainer/contract clients get priority support, updates, and maintenance.
7. Results Disclaimer: We aim for best results but cannot guarantee exact rankings or sales.
8. Intellectual Property: After full payment, deliverables belong to the client; we retain internal templates/tools. Custom IP agreements are negotiable.
9. For U.S.-based services, all transactions are handled under U.S. jurisdiction (Wyoming LLC laws).
